#90 - WAC Whacked

We have seen a military-themed cartoon by Herc Ficklen of a Colonel spanking a female Private, and here Dan DeCarlo delivers a similar treat with not saluting as the ostensible reason for the spanking. DeCarlo being DeCarlo, the gag revolves around the General using the need to maintain good order and discipline as an excuse to deliver some whacks to the WAC's shapely rear end. The WAC's "You must be an imposter" is rather jarring and unnecessary - "But sir - the last General just gave me KP for not saluting!" would have served better. Good OTK positioning with an apparently weightless spankee.

We know of only one instance of M/F corporal punishment in the U.S. military (a spanking given by a sergeant to a marine at her request), which is perhaps not surprising as non-consensual spanking is strictly against regulations, but there are a number of accounts of M/F canings in the British Navy. We can't confirm any of these to our satisfaction (although we think it's a fun idea). We would say that C.P. of women seems more likely to have been tolerated, at least unofficially, in the British Navy than in the U.S. armed forces since the caning of young males certainly continued there well into the twentieth century, perhaps as late as 1967.
