Like our previous entry, this cartoon relies upon the excuse of bad punctuation to justify spanking the secretary. The gag is weaker, though, and certainly written by the editor. The art this time is by "Bill Power", an obvious pseudonym, but for whom we don't know. As for the OTK positioning, the secretary's upper body is placed correctly but her legs and hips are projected strangely up in the air. On the plus side, she seems to be wearing a very tight slip that defines the target area rather nicely. |
