We've seen one obstetrician-style spanking before this one, namely
Humorama #114. It is therefore an uncommon sub-genre
of the spanking cartoon, no doubt because it's difficult to compose and perhaps also because it's bound to
sacrifice erotic potential for humor. Such is the case here where we're presented with the terrible
"legs up" position (although we must admit it's not really any worse than the "holding by the ankles" position).
The artist is unsigned and unknown, but does a decent job (we can overlook the use of "newly-born" for "newborn"
and "it's" for "its," the latter being a very common mistake these days now that American schools have
basically stopped teaching).
