We've seen Jack Flynn before, in Rivals of Humorama #13 and in a non-spanking cartoon in collaboration with Harley Karnes in Rivals of Humorama #19. We didn't present this cartoon as part of that series because we cannot identify its original source; all we know is that we found it on Artistic Spanked Woman. Of course, since Flynn worked primarily for magazines as far as we know, it is probable that it appeared in a publication we're familiar with.
Unfortunately, we don't have the caption, either, so we can only guess at the gag. It appears to be a domestic scene between husband and wife (always a reasonable pairing for a spanking), with the husband perhaps dismayed by his wife's (favorable?) reaction to having her bottom warmed. Flynn's women are always round and pretty sexy, and this one follows that pattern although we prefer the spankee in Rivals #13.
