You're right, B00m - that may have been the single most famous pin-up in history, and one I well remember from my, er, youthful scholarly research into the mores of the mid-1950s , but I forgot about it when I was writing up Classic Annie.

This week's Little Annie Fanny offering is probably the most problematical of the series as regards good taste and unnecessary exposure, which along with explicit sexual acts have given both Doctor Cylon and myself more difficulties when dealing with the work of Julius Zimmerman than anything else. Still, as I indicate on the page, allowing CSR readers to make their own judgments outweighed any other factors, and there is much humor in the piece (as their often is with Zimmerman even in the midst of sexual acts - I remember one in which R2D2 of Star Wars demonstrates a heretofore-unsuspected capability to Princess Leia, but that one cannot be shown here, alas).

Spanked by the Bus Driver is a little odd but otherwise a nice, uncontroversial M/F spanking. They do seem to like their spanking south of the border!

Since B00m generally posts his Katie strips early in the week, before I do the main site's weekly updates, most of you have probably already seen The Next Day Continued, but if you haven't, this would be a good time to head over there and take a look. You won't be disappointed!

Something I forgot to mention on the Home Page (I'll go over there now and correct that) is that CSR contributor Obo writes spanking stories. In fact, when I posted Bikini Girls Spanking at the beginning of last summer, I didn't know the scene was taken from Obo's story "Barbara's Bawdy Beach Brawl". So if you're hungry for some spanking fiction, head on over there and check it out - I've added a link to the CSR page (which will take you to Obo's page) on the Home Page. Meanwhile, in other Fiction Section news, D. M. Sherwood has sent me another couple of stories and I will start re-formatting them as soon as I can. I would estimate we'll see them in December or January. He also sent me an interesting Time Bokan DVD (did I already mention this?) that we'll be seeing some intriguing excerpts from on the Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve weekly updates.

Again, thanks for the plug. This time, it was sort of a variation on the "spanked at school/spanked at home" scenario. But since Katie has been out of school for quite some time now, I made it a "spanked at work/spanked at home" story.

I'm actually not quite out of Spanish-language comics spankings - I have seven or eight more of them - but I decided to switch gears for a while and present some Japanese manga ones instead. These in turn will be topped off by the Time Bokan stuff I've mentioned for the Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve updates. My thinking is that as we move into the holiday season next week, CSR readers are going to be more pressed for time, and if they're going to miss any part of the current Comics Series, even temporarily, I'd rather it be the manga stuff which to tell the truth has never been my favorite. I imagine I'll have a bit more to say about manga spankings as we go through the mini-series.

She's not exactly what I'd call "pretty"... but maybe her man considers her attractive. About your main point... Yeah! To spank a really big girl, get an even bigger man. Director and former evil spy, Delores Deloro, is working on a biographical movie about Dizzie Lizzie, with Kaylyn in the title role. Back in the day, Lizzie used to get spanked a lot, and Delores wants to show that in her film. Kaylyn is turning out to be a really good actress, and she looks a lot like her great-grandmother. In addition, she's willing to take a realistic spanking when it's called for. As for Jack, he's a natural when it comes to acting, and of course, spanking!

Today is Thanksgiving Day in the U.S. So to all of you here, happy Thanksgiving. To the rest of you, have a good day anyway!

There are conflicting stories about the origins of our U.S. Thanksgiving celebration... some good and some not so good.
But... whatever! Having a special day set aside to think about gratitude is a good idea. (Maybe we should have more than one day.)

I didn't do anything special on the site this year for Thanksgiving, believing I had no Thanksgiving-themed material (actually I had one collage by Doctor Cylon, but I have no time to prepare it for this week's update because a portion of it, being sexually explicit, requires "editing" i.e. removal) - perhaps we can see it next year.

This is in fact the 400th anniversary of the first Thanksgiving back in 1620 and a good time to read George Washington's proclamation of the first official Thanksgiving holiday or Abraham Lincoln's Thanksgiving Day proclamation of 1863.

As for myself, I'm not preparing the traditional meal today but I am preparing the traditional weekly updates for CSR, and they will be posted shortly!

This is a good one! I believe the original source might have been a contest for entrants to send in their fan art (or in this case, Fanny art! ) So then, the Doc had an actual Elder/Kurtzman drawing to start with and did his colorizing thing. She looks great!

But I wonder why he has her talking with an Appalachian (Hillbilly) accent? The character didn't come from that region, did she?

Thanks for giving my strip a plug. This week's post was a set-up for a spanking that's going to take place in the next episode... No, I don't think Annie Fanny was in reality Annie the Appalachian, B00m, I think Doctor Cylon was probably thinking about Daisy Mae Scragg when he wrote that bit of dialogue. Daisy Mae and Penelope Pitstop are never far from the Good Doctor's thoughts, I believe.

I suppose that might be the case. Annie and Daisy looked a bit alike. Both blonde and shapely. Although Daisy Mae wasn't quite as exaggerated in her endowments as Annie Fanny.

Maybe he was influenced by Bettie Page too. I never heard her speak until recently, when I watched a documentary about her life and the effect she had on pop culture. That woman had a thick "Hillbilly" accent!
