We found this one on Ebay. It's another Mexican comic with a spanking on the cover and inside,
although perhaps in keeping with some sort of tradition the spankee on the cover differs somewhat
from the spankee inside. Here, our cover girl is a redhead
(CSR Resident Artist Hugob00m will surely approve), but she must have dyed her hair
at some point for inside the book she's a blonde! The cover art is better, and we're pleased to see
the spankee wearing some kind of one-piece swimsuit for it surely offers only minimal protection
against the barrage of spanks being applied to her hindquarters.

Our spankee is still wearing the swimsuit during the interior spanking, but the drawing is less detailed and the inking has less clarity. On the other hand, the OTK positioning is pretty good and the spanking seems quite vigorous given how high the spanker is raising his hand.
We don't know the motivation for this spanking. The dialogue reads, "You keep kicking that door" which seems to be figurative language unless the spankee's kicking feet are actually reaching some door off-panel. Still, we're willing to bet she deserves it.
This is the second spanking in El Payo to be discovered and the second chronologically as well (the first was El Payo #542 - note how much alike the two spankees on the covers look).
