We have what we thought might be an example of fan art in Comics Gallery 1 of Popeye spanking Olive Oyl, but JimC remembers seeing it on the cover of a French collection so it must be from the strip. This time we see another strip excerpt, dug up by the cartoonist Dave Wolfe. Apparently, Swee'pea has developed some mind control power in this episode, and when Olive suggests spanking him, he uses his power to ensure it's Olive who gets the spanking! We think she got exactly what she deserved!
