We have previously seen Veronica whack Betty using the old "Swat the Fly (Behind)" routine, and Archie whack Veronica with a tennis racquet, so it should come as no surprise to see the two combined into Veronica whacking Betty with a racquet while "practicing her grip". Actually, we think Veronica is innocent on this occasion and that her backstroke landing squarely on Betty's backside was simply a (happy) accident.
Unfortunately, our records are unclear as to who found this one. The name "Pewdiepie" was attached to it which we think indicates it came from Pewdie at DeviantArt. Thanks, Pewdie!
Here is some of the surrounding context. While the positioning is so-so because there's no bending over, Betty does at least rub a little and some "pain stars" are on exhibit.

05/04/2021 Update: Shortly after we posted this one, Pewdiepie was kind enough to do some more digging and identify the (secondary) source as Betty and Veronica Digest #45. Presumably this was the story's second printing, with the initial publication probably occurring in some regular issue of Betty and Veronica. Once again, our thanks, Pewdie!
