What can we say about a party where the women get spanked except, "That's our kind of party!"
Of course spanking parties do exist, although as we've noted
on the
CSR Bulletin Board,
they seem to be in decline. That doesn't affect the joke here, which is that
our party girl wasn't expecting it to be that kind of a party! She seems quite dismayed, perhaps at the
thought of having to bend over for the headmaster's cane herself just as another girl is at the moment,
while in the foreground a different young woman has a sly grin on her face, perhaps at the thought of witnessing
the scene.
Once again, we don't think a stylistic resemblance to any of the Humorama Big Six (Ward, Wenzel, Stiles, DeCarlo, Homer, and Morrice) was intended by Tim, although the gag recalls Wenzel's "Party Kook" and perhaps Tom Sutton's "Bottoms Up" in that it involves spanking in a party setting.
